US President Donald Trump has claimed that Iran has agreed to transfer its enriched uranium, bringing a potential deal closer in ongoing Iran uranium transfer talks.
Speaking at the White House, Trump said Iran is ready to hand over its stockpile, referring to it as “nuclear dust,” which could be used in weapons development.
He stated that negotiations are progressing well and that both countries are nearing an agreement. The issue of Iran uranium transfer remains central to the deal.
However, differences persist, particularly regarding Iran’s right to enrich nuclear fuel, which has been a major sticking point in recent discussions.
Vice President JD Vance noted that if Iran accepts US “red lines,” the deal could benefit both sides. Analysts believe successful Iran uranium transfer could ease tensions in the Middle East.
