The Jubodal Leader Murder occurred on Thursday afternoon (April 9, 2026) in Rangpur city, sparking intense tension in the locality. The victim, identified as Rakib Hasan, was a former member of the 24th Ward unit of the Metropolitan Jubodal and a proposed Co-Organizational Secretary for the upcoming committee. According to police and local witnesses, a notorious drug dealer named Momin and his associates attacked Rakib with sharp weapons at the Machhuapara intersection.
