OneFamily founder Chantal Belzberg will receive the Israel Prize soon. This is the highest civilian honor for her lifetime achievement. The organization supports thousands of families who carry visible and invisible wounds. Her daughter, Michal, leads these wellness sessions for grieving mothers.
Meetings currently take place in bomb shelters due to regional tensions. The program includes yoga, breathing exercises, and communal vegan meals. Many mothers described the experience as life-changing and strengthening. It helps them manage the physical pain caused by trauma.
Taly Drori suggested this weekly circle to help other mourning mothers. She realized that grief and trauma are stored in the body. The program now attracts women of various ages and backgrounds. They find solace in being with others who truly understand.
