NTRCA Headmaster Recruitment: Roadmap for MCQ and Viva Exams
According to sources within the authority, the NTRCA Headmaster Recruitment process is moving at a fast pace. The MCQ examination for the posts of Headmaster, Assistant Headmaster, Principal, Vice-Principal, and Super is scheduled for April 18. Officials plan to publish the MCQ results within seven days of the exam. If there are no technical complications, the viva voce or oral examination is likely to begin on April 26. This recruitment drive aims to fill 11,151 vacant positions across various non-government educational institutions in Bangladesh. Initially, the number of vacancies was higher, but it has been revised down to ensure a more streamlined selection process.
During a press conference at the Secretariat on Tuesday, April 7, NTRCA Chairman Md. Aminul Islam provided more details regarding the NTRCA Headmaster Recruitment. He noted that out of the 53,069 applicants, 47,351 are male and 5,718 are female. The chairman emphasized that the authority aims to complete the entire recruitment process by June 30. This deadline is set to ensure that institutions have stable leadership before the next academic session. Furthermore, another recruitment cycle for institution heads is planned to take place between July and December of this year to address the remaining vacancies in the sector.

The NTRCA Headmaster Recruitment is being conducted under strict supervision to maintain transparency. An NTRCA official, speaking on condition of anonymity, mentioned that the roadmap was designed to avoid session jams in teacher appointments. While the number of posts was reduced from 12,951 to 11,151 in the second revision, the competition remains high. Candidates are advised to keep a close watch on the official NTRCA website for the MCQ result publication and their specific viva interview slots. This recruitment cycle is considered vital for improving the administrative quality of non-government schools and colleges nationwide.
