বাংলাThe Bangladesh Army has published a new recruitment notice for the Soldier position in its technical branch. Under the Bangladesh Army recruitment, candidates with SSC or equivalent qualifications can apply if they meet the required conditions.
Applications opened on August 15, 2026, and will remain open until September 30, 2026. For the Bangladesh Army recruitment, applicants must have at least a GPA of 3.00 in SSC or equivalent examinations and must also have a relevant three-month trade course from an institution approved by the Technical Education Board.
Applicants must be between 17.5 and 23 years old as of February 1, 2027. The minimum height for general candidates is 5 feet 5 inches, with a chest measurement of 30-32 inches and a minimum weight of 49kg. Different requirements apply to candidates from certain ethnic and community groups.
The Bangladesh Army recruitment selection process will include medical and physical tests, a written examination and an interview. The written test will cover Bangla, English, mathematics, general knowledge and intelligence.
The position is permanent and open to male candidates. Salary will follow the Armed Forces pay scale, while selected personnel will receive free medical treatment at military hospitals.
Applicants can apply through SMS using a Teletalk prepaid SIM or through the Bangladesh Army’s online application system. The total application fee is Tk 300, including Tk 200 for the examination and Tk 100 for registration.
Applicants must upload a 300×300 photograph and a 300×80 signature. Those applying online must print their admit card within seven days of submitting the application.
