Iranian President Masoud Pezeshkian has labeled the United States and Israel as “real terrorists,” sparking fresh global debate over the US-Israel terrorism issue.
Speaking to journalists on Wednesday, he stated that while they accuse Iran, in reality, their own actions reflect US-Israel terrorism activities. The remarks were reported by Middle East Eye.
Criticizing attacks on Iran’s civilian infrastructure, Pezeshkian said such actions violate international law and humanitarian principles. He emphasized that these incidents demonstrate clear patterns of US-Israel terrorism.
Meanwhile, reports suggest Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu is expected to hold a phone call with Lebanese President Joseph Aoun. However, some Lebanese sources have denied knowledge of such communication.
Analysts warn that rising tensions could further escalate the US-Israel terrorism debate and impact regional stability.
