Exclusive Features of Instagram Plus Subscription
Subscribers will enjoy advanced control over story sharing with the ability to create multiple audience lists. Unlike the current ‘Close Friends’ limit, users can now categorize their followers into specific groups for tailored sharing. The duration of stories can also be extended by an additional 24 hours beyond the standard limit.
A new feature called ‘Spotlight’ will allow subscribers to pin their stories to the top of their followers’ feeds once a week. Furthermore, an animated reaction called ‘Superlike’ has been added to increase engagement. A quick search tool within the story viewer list will also help find specific users easily.

Meta is currently testing these features in Mexico, Japan, and the Philippines. The subscription cost varies by region, starting at approximately $2 per month in Mexico. While Meta has not officially confirmed the global launch date, analysts believe it could become a significant revenue source.
